Site
The grid system is established depending on the layout of the site. The grid will act as the foundation to the development of the project to portray the overall building footprint.

Wall Structure
The shear walls are developed using the grid system as a guideline to create the overall form of the building.

These structural walls will act as the boundaries to implement our module systems in between to develop the layout.

Pre-Designed Systems
Our Module Library consists of numerous variations of pre-designed unit types, service modules, stair modules, and elevator modules that complete the building.

These modules include integrated design and are standardized components that can be re-used for any project.

All of our unique module systems work together efficiently within the grid system resulting in a countless amount of combinations expressing variation.

Our priority is to consolidate the requirements of Municipalities, Developers, and Producers to ensure quick and efficient development. Through an integrated BIM process, we have developed a design system that is optimized to comply to the needs and regulations of different disciplines.
