Modular Catalogue is our primary tool for Fast Track to provide versatile and efficient design

Our Modular Catalogue is a tool for design to streamline development, utilizing precast concrete to create scalable, high-quality housing solutions.

Pre-designed Systems

A catalogue full of pre-designed and coordinated module varieties that make the overall building.

Accelerated Process

All modules work in coordination with consolidated consultants and pre-fabrication methods to produce products quickly.

Design Flexibility

Modules provide numerous combinations with a variety of interior layouts, exterior elevations, and building shape.

Fast Track

BIMstudio takes a product-first approach to high-rise residential design, aligning architecture with prefabrication to address the housing shortage efficiently.

Our unique market approach, in partnership with Stubbe’s Precast, ensures constructability is optimized from the start—delivering smarter, faster, and more cost-effective high-rise developments to meet growing housing demands.

Fast Track Principle

Our priority is to consolidate the requirements of Municipalities, Developers, and Producers to ensure quick and efficient development. Through an integrated BIM process, we have developed a design system that is optimized to comply to the needs and regulations of different disciplines.

With the implementation of manufacturer products, programming, and different by-laws, we are able to create integrated pre-designed modules to accelerate development and construction resulting in the development of Fast Track.

Grid Variety
Utilizing the established building depth results in creating a grid system that can form into a variety of building shapes.
Site
The grid system is established depending on the layout of the site. The grid will act as the foundation to the development of the project to portray the overall building footprint.
Wall Structure
The shear walls are developed following the grid system to create the form of the building.

These structural walls act as the shell to implement our module systems to develop the layout.

Developing projects with the Fast Track method results in expanding our library to provide even more design options

Take a look at more Fast Tack projects we have developed over the years for mid & high rise residential.

Grid Variety
By using the grid bay layout, we can develop a full grid system that can be shaped to have different potential forms.
Site
The grid system is established depending on the layout of the site. The grid will act as the foundation to the development of the project to portray the overall building footprint.
Wall Structure
The shear walls are developed using the grid system as a guideline to create the overall form of the building.

These structural walls will act as the boundaries to implement our module systems in between to develop the layout.
