BIMstudio Inc. ("BIMstudio", "we", "us", or "our") operates internal business applications and software used to manage our projects, time tracking, estimates, invoicing, financial information, and related business operations.

QuickBooks Online Integration

BIMstudio's applications may connect to QuickBooks Online using services provided by Intuit.

When an authorized user connects QuickBooks Online, our applications may access QuickBooks data necessary to support functions such as invoicing, financial reconciliation, customer and project matching, and related accounting workflows.

We only access QuickBooks information required for the operation of these functions.

How We Use Information

Information accessed by our applications is used for legitimate BIMstudio business operations, including:

Project and financial administration
Preparing and managing invoices
Reconciling BIMstudio records with accounting records
Tracking project costs and financial information
Maintaining accurate business records
Operating and improving our internal business systems

We do not sell QuickBooks data or other personal information obtained through our applications.

Data Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers that are required to operate our systems, including hosting, database, authentication, accounting, and technology service providers.

We do not share QuickBooks data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Disconnecting QuickBooks

Authorized users may disconnect the QuickBooks Online integration. Disconnecting the integration prevents the application from making future requests to QuickBooks using that connection.

Information previously obtained and required for legitimate accounting, financial, legal, or record keeping purposes may be retained where necessary.

Third Party Services

Our applications may integrate with third party services. Those services operate according to their own terms and privacy policies.

The QuickBooks Online service is provided by Intuit Inc. Use of QuickBooks is also subject to Intuit's applicable terms and privacy policies.
