A new 90-unit residential rental community is underway at 30 Niagara Street in Grimsby, Ontario. This 8-storey building with underground parking and about 7,355.6 m² of GFA features a clean, contemporary façade. The design shows how our modular Fasttrack system brings versatility and rhythm to the exterior, even on a mid-rise building with below-grade parking.
Located near Grimsby’s core and within easy reach of Lake Ontario waterfront trails, parks, shops, and GO transit, the project responds to rising housing demand in the area — Grimsby’s population grew more than 11 % from 2016 to 2021, with strong interest in rental housing for residents of all ages. This building supports local lifestyle, connection, and access to what makes Grimsby a great place to live.
