Harvest marks our first collaboration with Stubbes as both developer and builder. The project consists of four residential buildings on a 9.9-acre site and will serve as a living prototype for a fast-track housing model. Thoughtfully designed, the site includes both indoor and outdoor amenity spaces that foster a sense of community and encourage social interaction. Located just 1 km from downtown Tillsonburg, this development is envisioned as a vibrant new destination that will attract residents to the area.
