Leamon Street

A new mixed-use residential building is coming to 289 Leamon Street in Waterford, marking an important shift in an area traditionally shaped by industrial uses. This 5-storey project includes 36 homes and 230.06 m² of ground-floor commercial space, supporting the town’s growing need for more walkable, community-focused development.
Designed using our Fasttrack modular system, the building balances efficiency with architectural character, allowing us to introduce residential living into a changing district without disrupting its identity. As Waterford continues to evolve, projects like this help transition underused areas into places where people can live, work, and connect—bringing new energy while responding to real local housing needs.
