This is our flagship project, executed in partnership with Livewell Development, who trusted our innovative concept to pioneer the market. The project showcases the efficiencies of our fast-track system—from production and coordination to site construction. Thanks to meticulous pre-construction coordination, there were very few site instructions or RFIs, allowing the building to open for occupancy within an eight-month period.
