Designed with efficiency and quality in mind, this development leverages our modular precast Fasttrack system to deliver homes faster and more efficiently — helping respond to the real housing needs of a growing city.
Stratford’s population has risen steadily in recent years, with the city now home to over 34,000 residents and continued demand for rental housing as part of long-term population and housing planning. With roughly one-third of dwellings already rented, adding thoughtfully designed rental supply supports local workers, families, and newcomers while fitting within Stratford’s community character.
