Welland serves as a strong example of the advantages offered by our fast-track system. As our first collaboration with Livewell, this project set the foundation for their commitment to using this approach in all future developments. The site is thoughtfully arranged with three buildings and designed in alignment with the Livewell brand—crisp white façades accented with red brick formliner details. It also features an outdoor amenity space and a dedicated amenity building to foster a sense of community among residents. This development showcases the efficiency of our fast-track product and its potential to address housing demand in growing regions like Niagara.
