These Terms of Use govern access to and use of software applications, platforms, and related services operated by BIMstudio Inc. ("BIMstudio", "we", "us", or "our"), including BIMstudio's internal business applications and integrations with third party services such as QuickBooks Online.
By accessing or using these applications, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Purpose of the Applications
BIMstudio develops and operates software applications to support its business operations. These applications may include functionality for project management, time tracking, estimating, invoicing, financial administration, reporting, and other business processes.
The applications are intended primarily for authorized BIMstudio users and other users specifically authorized by BIMstudio.
2. Authorized Use
You may only access and use BIMstudio's applications if you have been authorized to do so.
You agree to use the applications only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, these Terms of Use, and any other policies or agreements that apply to your use of BIMstudio systems.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
3. QuickBooks Online Integration
Certain BIMstudio applications may integrate with QuickBooks Online, a service provided by Intuit Inc.
Authorized users may connect a QuickBooks Online company to BIMstudio's applications. The integration may allow information to be exchanged between BIMstudio's systems and QuickBooks Online for purposes such as invoicing, reconciliation, customer and project matching, financial administration, and related accounting workflows.
Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's applicable terms, conditions, and policies.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
BIMstudio's applications, software, workflows, interfaces, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to BIMstudio Inc.
Access to the applications does not transfer ownership of the software or any associated intellectual property to the user.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or otherwise use BIMstudio's software except as authorized by BIMstudio.
5. Data and Privacy
Information processed through BIMstudio's applications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Users are responsible for ensuring that information they enter, upload, or process through the applications is accurate and that they have the appropriate authority to provide or use that information.
6. Third Party Services
BIMstudio's applications may connect to or depend on third party services, including accounting, hosting, database, authentication, and other technology providers.
BIMstudio does not control these third party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or operation.
7. Availability and Changes
BIMstudio may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of its applications or integrations at any time.
We may also change functionality as our business requirements, technology, or third party services change.
8. Disclaimer
BIMstudio's applications are provided for business and administrative purposes.
While we take reasonable steps to maintain accurate and reliable systems, BIMstudio does not guarantee that the applications will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.
Users remain responsible for reviewing and verifying important financial, accounting, project, and business information before relying on it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BIMstudio Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, its applications or integrations.
10. Termination of Access
BIMstudio may suspend or terminate a user's access to its applications at any time if access is no longer authorized, required, or appropriate.
Upon termination, the user must stop accessing and using the applications.
11. Changes to These Terms
BIMstudio may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of the applications after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
